Q: When is the The Holo Hookup box available for purchase?
A: The box is available for preorder only from the 21st of the prior month at 9pm EST - 28th at 9pm EST.
(example: November pre-order is Oct 21-28th)
Q: When will the pre-orders ship?
A: Both domestic and international preorders will ship out by the 12th of the month of the box we are in. (example: November box will ship by November 12th)
Q: Is The Holo Hookup being shipped worldwide?
A: Yes it is.
Q: I received a broken or damaged polish or haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
A: Within 48 hours of delivery of your package, please email email@example.com with a photo of the broken or damaged polish.
If you haven't recieved your order yet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you more info.
We carefully wrap each individual polish so that they get to you safe and sound. BUT sometimes bottles will get damaged through the postal service, please understand that we have no control over this. We will replace your polish - you must provide proof (pictures) of the broken polish bottle(s).You have up to 48 hours to email us the photos, order number, name and address and what polish was damaged or broken. USPS delivery date will determine when the 48 hours begins.
